Free Haircuts K-6 in August

I first saw a friend post this on Facebook. Now I am sitting down to check today's e-mail and noticed the same thing in an e-mail from Hip2save. JCPenney Salon is offering free Haircuts to kids in grades K-6 for the month of August. All JCPenney Salon's are participating, but you have to make an appointment. I have a feeling those appointment slots are going to fill up, so act fast.
