Use Points or Rewards

Does your credit card or debit card offer rewards?  Have you checked into the rewards that your card offers?  It might be worth it to shop with points, or get an e-gift card or gift card to somewhere that you frequent.
About a month ago our slow cooker broke.  I honestly didn't realize how many times in a month we cook in it until we could no longer use it.  We shopped around at different stores comparing prices and features.  We really did not need all the bells and whistles, but we also did not want it to break after the first use.
After much comparison I found the slow cooker I wanted at Best Buy.  Someone had the brilliant idea to check amazon.  Sure enough it was $5 cheaper, we got free shipping with our Prime Membership, and we were able to get an e-card for Amazon from the credit card rewards.

Final Cost = Free

Check to see if your credit card offers rewards, you never know what you might be missing.  Does your credit card give you the option of shopping with points.  Amazon.com has a feature that you can pay with points.  It is worth checking into to see what rewards and deals you might be missing out on.
