I love to shop at the Christmas Tree Shop, however I try to limit my trips there because I can easily spend some money there. Even though the prices are reasonable the total quickly adds up.
This week though I ventured into a Christmas Tree Shop for the first time in a while. I really ventured in to find some nautical coasters or beach themed coasters, but did not find any. However I did stumble upon some great clearance items and finds. Most of the items I came across that were marked down were Summer items in order to make room for the Fall, Halloween and Back to school items.
I bought the following three items.
The picture was originally priced $5.99 and was marked down to $2.99.
The after sun aloe lotion was originally priced $2.99 and was marked down to $1.50.
The Quilted bag was originally priced $2.99 and was marked down to $1.99.
For a total of $6 and some change out of pocket.
Did I need any of this stuff? Probably not, but I've already put to use the after sun aloe lotion. I'm trying to figure out where to hang the picture. The bag...well I almost didn't buy it. I have no clue what I am going to use it for. I even walked away from it in the store only to walk back to it knowing full well I should get the bag. It's a good size and I know I will find some use for it.
Look around in stores, you really never know what treasures and deals you might find.
